Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Deskless Works portal and services. By signing in or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by Deskless Works, LLC ("Deskless Works," "we," "us"). You can reach us any time at contact@desklessworks.com.
2. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
- Accounts are for the business they were created for. Don't share a login with people outside your organisation.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
- We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, break these terms, or put us or our other clients at risk.
3. What we do for you
Depending on your plan, we schedule and publish content to your connected social accounts, write captions and hashtags using AI, generate imagery, and build or maintain a website. Plan limits — such as the number of posts per month and how many businesses you may manage — are enforced by the service and described on our pricing page.
4. Your content
- You own your content. Photos, videos, captions, and business information remain yours.
- You grant us permission to store, adapt, and publish that content solely to provide the service you asked for — for example resizing an image or posting it to your connected account.
- You confirm you have the rights to everything you send us, including any people, music, logos, or third-party material in it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of claims made in your content (pricing, offers, licensing, guarantees, and similar).
5. AI-generated content
Captions, hashtags, and imagery may be produced with AI. AI output can be wrong, generic, or unsuitable, and it isn't guaranteed to be unique. You are responsible for reviewing content before it publishes — the portal lets you edit, reschedule, or delete anything at any time. Where posts publish automatically on your instructions, you accept that they go out without further review.
6. Connected social accounts
You authorize us to publish on your behalf to the accounts you connect. You must comply with the terms of those platforms (Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and any others). We're not responsible for platform outages, API changes, rate limits, content rejections, or actions those platforms take against your account. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from the platform's own settings.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to publish or store anything that is unlawful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, infringing, or that impersonates someone else. Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other clients' data.
8. Payment, renewals and cancellation
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle you choose and renew automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we've clearly failed to deliver.
- We may change pricing with reasonable notice before your next renewal.
9. Ending your account
You can request deletion at any time from Delete my account. Deletion is permanent, is completed within 24 hours, and cannot be reversed once processed. Content already published to your own social accounts is unaffected and stays under your control.
10. Service availability
We work to keep the service running and posts publishing on schedule, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled posting depends on third-party platforms that we don't control, and timing may vary.
11. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee any particular business result — reach, followers, engagement, leads, or revenue. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.
12. Your privacy
How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
